Question 1
Are you factory?
A: Yes, we are factory of display manufacture, with 6000m² production base in Shenzhen China. We have 10 years of ODM&OEM experience so far.
Question 2
What's your MOQ?
A: We can offer small quantity for sample to test, for small batch order we suggest EXW because shipment is high, for big quantity batch order ship by FOB/CIF/DAP/DDP etc is more economic.
Question 3
What are you mainly produce?
A: Products include LCD LED monitors, e-sports monitors, touch monitors, CCTV monitor, POS machine. advertising display, Android AIO Tablet, Windows AIO PC. Interactive whiteboard.
Question 4
What's your lead time?
A: 1-100pcs 3-5days; 100-100pcs 5-7 days; 1000-1000pcs 15-30days
For special OEM order the lead time need confirm again with our saler when confirm order.
Question 5
What's your payment way?
A: We support TT, Western Union, PayPal, Credit Crd, L/C at sight.
For small order we accepr 100% TT; for batch order we accept 30% deposit, and the balance is paid before shipment.
For specail VIP clients, we can offer DA, DP, OA payment way.
Question 6
What's your warranty policy?
A: We offer 3 years warranty for all products, the detailed process is as follows:
1. Collect customer's feedback at first when product with issue,
2. Saler report it to our technician to open meeting to analyze the issue until get solution.
3. For quality issue, we send new items or spar parts to customer to replace within 3-7 days.
